Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all HR functions as the HR Manager for the organization
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support company goals
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Serve as a trusted resource to employees and managers on HR policies and employee relations
- Manage benefits administration, compensation programs, and HR policies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing or operational environments is highly preferred
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees and leadership teams
