Denver Cold Storage is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen the HR function across the Denver Cold Family of Companies. In this operationally focused leadership role, the Human Resources Manager will guide core HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance, while working closely with safety, engagement, and departmental leaders to support alignment across the organization. The ideal candidate will have the ability to cultivate trust, navigate sensitive matters with professionalism and empathy, and help leaders create clear expectations and effective people practices. Human Resources Manager position qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of human resource experience with proven leadership responsibility; required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience; preferred; SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification; preferred
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or related operational environments; preferred
- Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems; essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; essential
- Demonstrated community involvement; strongly preferred
