Salary $80,000 – $95,000 + Benefits + Paid Relocation to the Northern Midwest

As the Human Resources Manager, your focus will be:

·Advise plant leadership on HR strategy and policy

·Support a union workforce with confidence and clarity

·Ensure compliance with all HR, legal, and union requirements

·Lead policy updates, reporting, audits, and special projects

·Deliver training and help grow employee capabilities

·Improve processes and strengthen plant culture.

Minimum requirements for this HR Manager:

·Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

·At least 5 years of HR experience

·Union experience required

·Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills

·Ability to lead, influence, and manage multiple priorities.
