What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, recruiting, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Provide guidance and support to managers and HR team members across locations
- Maintain and enhance HR policies, procedures, and documentation
- Lead training, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives
- Travel regularly to provide onsite HR support across regional locations
What You Bring
- Proven experience in HR management or senior-level HR roles
- Nonprofit experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
