What You’ll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, recruiting, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and HR team members across locations
  • Maintain and enhance HR policies, procedures, and documentation
  • Lead training, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives
  • Travel regularly to provide onsite HR support across regional locations

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in HR management or senior-level HR roles
  • Nonprofit experience is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
