Responsibilities:
Supporting Managers within ISG by helping with employee situations, recruiting support, processing HR changes or requests, supporting project work, change management, supporting early talent programs with Interns and Students
Must have Skills:
- Involvement/Desire to work within HR processing activities
- Strong customer service skills
- Exceptional communication abilities
- Strong HRIS experience (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel- Highly comfortable pulling data and making business decisions based off of data.
- Bachelor’s degree (ideally in HR, management, organizational design
Years of Experience Required:
- 1-2 years’ experience in HR (ideally HR generalist work, recruiting, and/or employee relations)
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $35.00 - $35.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
