Contractor Work Model: Onsite (no remote offered)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
HR Generalist Responsibilities:
- Reports to Plant Manager and Sr. HR Generalist. This is a "mid-level" HR role and key member of the management team. Cleanroom manufacturing environment.
- Serves as first point of contact for all employee inquiries, concerns and workplace issues, provides guidance in alignment with company policies and applicable laws. 120 FTE's. 24/5 cleanroom manufacturing facility.
- Supports full-cycle recruiting activities including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding to ensure a positive candidate and new hire experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Administer employee benefit programs and leaves of absence (FMLA, ADA, state leave), ensuring timely communication and accurate tracking.
- Coordinate and support employee training initiatives, compliance training, and professional development activities.
HR Generalist Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related HR field is highly preferred. Minimum high school diploma is required. PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar HR certification preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is desired.
- At least two (2) years of related HR experience - strength in personnel investigations, employee discipline and compliance is highly desired
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to handle high level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
