Introduction

Join our dynamic team as a Human Resources Consultant, where you will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives. You will work closely with management to align human resources with strategic business objectives, ensuring a positive impact on organizational and employee development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• 2-4 years of HR generalist experience
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field or equivalent experience
• Top Three things Worker will be doing: Supporting the HR Operations team in ICC HR, Partnering with ICC Leadership Chiefs of Staff, Collaborating with ICC HR team
• Top Three Skillsets needed: Navigating Ambiguity, Relationship Building, Core HR knowledge

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate coursework in a related field
• Considered an expert in the field
• SPHR certification strongly preferred

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead the development and/or implementation of HR roadmaps and initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
• Coach management and non-management employees to enhance leadership and team capabilities
• Conduct thorough investigations and maintain comprehensive documentation
• Identify and coordinate training solutions to support cultural change
• Advise clients on organizational and individual staff decisions, covering various HR aspects
• Interpret and advocate for changes in HR policies and practices
• Facilitate group problem-solving and development sessions on human capital issues
