Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor and operational leader within their People & Talent team. This individual will work closely with senior leadership—particularly within client-facing and revenue-driving teams—to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational growth and performance.

This role blends high-level strategic planning with hands-on execution and is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner directly with senior leaders to develop and implement workforce strategies aligned with business goals
  • Design and enhance compensation structures, incentive plans, and total rewards programs
  • Lead performance management initiatives and support leadership with coaching and development strategies
  • Evaluate team effectiveness and recommend improvements to organizational structure and productivity
  • Develop and implement talent programs including career pathing, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams (talent acquisition, L&D, total rewards) to build high-performing teams
  • Use data and insights to identify trends, inform decision-making, and improve HR programs
  • Support organizational change initiatives and help guide teams through growth and transformation
  • Address employee relations matters, including investigations and performance concerns, with professionalism and discretion
  • Mentor and support HR team members while contributing to overall HR process improvements

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including strategic business partnership
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, GPHR) preferred
  • Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders
  • Strong experience in performance management, compensation strategy, and organizational development
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Experience building or improving HR programs and processes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools

Additional Details:

  • Contract-to-hire opportunity
  • Hybrid schedule: remote Mondays & Fridays, onsite Tuesday–Thursday
  • Standard business hours
