We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our thriving manufacturing team. This is a permanent position that will allow you to utilize your skills and experience in a challenging and rewarding environment. You will play a crucial role in our company's growth by developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse workforce, ensuring their needs are met and that they are equipped with the necessary tools to succeed in their roles.

Responsibilities:

1. Acting as a consultant to Management on human resource-related issues and providing day-to-day performance management guidance.
2. Conducting thorough and objective investigations when necessary, including workers' compensation claims.
3. Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues and conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
4. Developing and conducting training programs to ensure compliance and enhance employee skills and performance.
5. Managing and tracking leaves of absence (LOA) and Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) requests.
6. Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation and developing HR policies as needed.
7. Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
8. Participating in the evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs and reporting on this matter to HR management and business leaders.
9. Utilizing HRIS systems for tracking and reporting, specifically ADP Workforce Now.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience in conducting investigations, managing workers' compensation claims, and handling LOA and FMLA requests.
3. Experience with ADP Workforce Now or UKG HRIS system.
4. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification is preferred.
5. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
6. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
