HR Administrator (Leave of Absence) – 2-Month Assignment
Mon-Fri, 8 am- 5 pm, with a pay rate of $30.00.
Location: Santa Ana, CA
A well-established nonprofit organization in Santa Ana is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to provide short-term support to their Human Resources team for a 2-month assignment. The ideal candidate will have experience administering Leaves of Absence (LOA) and be detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with employee Leave of Absence (FMLA, CFRA, Pregnancy Disability Leave) processing and tracking
- Communicate with employees and managers regarding leave requests and updates
- Maintain accurate HR records and confidential documentation
- Support various HR projects and internal audits
- Ensure compliance with policies while maintaining confidentiality at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience handling Leave of Absence (LOA) administration preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to handle interruptions effectively
- Must be E-Verify compliant and fluent in English and Spanish
