Job description:

HR Administrator (Leave of Absence) – 2-Month Assignment

Mon-Fri, 8 am- 5 pm, with a pay rate of $30.00.
Location: Santa Ana, CA

A well-established nonprofit organization in Santa Ana is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to provide short-term support to their Human Resources team for a 2-month assignment. The ideal candidate will have experience administering Leaves of Absence (LOA) and be detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with employee Leave of Absence (FMLA, CFRA, Pregnancy Disability Leave) processing and tracking
  • Communicate with employees and managers regarding leave requests and updates
  • Maintain accurate HR records and confidential documentation
  • Support various HR projects and internal audits
  • Ensure compliance with policies while maintaining confidentiality at all times

Qualifications

  • Previous experience handling Leave of Absence (LOA) administration preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to handle interruptions effectively
  • Must be E-Verify compliant and fluent in English and Spanish
