Human Resources Administrator
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to support day-to-day HR operations and employee processes within a structured environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, employee support, and keeping HR functions running smoothly while building deeper HR expertise.

Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources Administrator:
- Serve as a first point of contact for routine HR and administrative inquiries
- Coordinate recruiting efforts, onboarding paperwork, and new hire logistics
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HRIS data
- Assist with benefits administration and enrollment tracking
- Organize and maintain policies, forms, and compliance documentation
- Support performance review tracking, training coordination, and internal communications
What You Bring as the Human Resources Administrator:
- 2–4 years of HR administration, HR support, or related experience
- Working knowledge of HR policies and basic employment practices
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
