Human Resource Generalist

Role Summary 

The HR Business Partner supports the Human Resources Manager in daily HR operations, providing guidance to employees and managers while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

• Build strong relationships with employees, supervisors, and managers to support collaboration and communication. 

• Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, investigate complaints, and promote a positive work environment. 

• Handle employee inquiries and issues in the absence of the HR Manager. 

• Prepare and post job openings, screen applications, conduct interviews, and manage the onboarding process. 

• Manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and open enrollment. 

• Interpret and advise employees and managers on leave management, benefits, and HR procedures. 

• Provide administrative support including preparing correspondence, reports, forms, and scheduling meetings. 

• Manage sensitive and confidential information related to employee relations, organizational changes, and personnel files.

• Support Safety and Workers’ Compensation activities. 

• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

• Interact with employees, department leaders, and job applicants to provide information and support. 

• Demonstrate professionalism in communication, behavior, and decision‑making. 

• Perform other duties as assigned.
