COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $30.00–$32.00 per hour

• Full-time, standard business hours

• W2 contract

• Start Date: March 23


ROLE IMPACT

The HR Coordinator supports daily human resources operations by ensuring smooth onboarding, offboarding, and administrative processes. This role partners with business leaders, HR teams, and employees to maintain compliance, data accuracy, and a positive employee experience. Success is defined by timely processing, strong internal customer service, and accurate HR documentation management.


Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, partnering with HR and business leaders to ensure timely and compliant processing

• Process offboarding paperwork, unemployment claims, and salary verification letters

• Complete high-volume data entry with accuracy and efficiency across HR systems and tracking tools

• Schedule and coordinate meetings for HR team members and assist with preparation of administrative documentation and presentation materials

• Support HR projects and initiatives while maintaining responsiveness under deadline-driven conditions


Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP


Core Tools & Systems

• Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)

• Microsoft PowerPoint (presentation development)

• HR Information Systems (HRIS) and employee data management platforms

• Microsoft Outlook and calendaring systems


Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proven ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure

• Customer service mindset with strong interpersonal communication skills
