Position Summary:
The People Operations Coordinator provides essential administrative, operational, and procedural support to the People Operations team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail focused, thrives in a high deliverable, time sensitive environment, and approaches, work with excellent customer service and a continuous improvement mindset. This role offers exposure to multiple areas of People Operations including talent relations, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, training, and events.

- People Operations & HR Support
- Serve as a first line resource for People Leaders and Team Members, responding to routine HR inquiries with clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Coordinate and manage the People Operations organization calendars, meetings, and supporting materials.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preboarding & Onboarding Support
- Coordinate all preboarding tasks, including document collection, system setup, and Day‑1 readiness.
- Prepare pre‑hire communications and ensure a seamless transition from offer to start date.
HR Ticketing & Administrative Operations
- Manage and triage the HR Support Ticketing System, ensuring timely routing and resolution of inquiries.
- Complete core administrative tasks such as data entry, HRIS file maintenance, process documentation, and report generation.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify, streamline, and automate processes.
Engagement, Events, Training & Communications
- Support team member engagement initiatives, including surveys, communications, recognition activities, and culture building efforts.
- Assist with companywide events and team member trainings, including AllHands meetings (scheduling, agendas, slides, technology, and follow up).
- Lead logistics for the Annual Meeting, partnering with cross functional teams to coordinate scheduling, communications, materials, and event execution.
HRBP & Program Support
- Provide administrative and coordination support to HR Business Partners, including documentation preparation, meeting follow‑ups, and program execution.
- Support People Operations projects and operational initiatives as needed.
Other Duties
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support the broader People
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound judgment and proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong customer service orientation and collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of HRIS experience
- Minimum 2 years of HR, People Operations, administrative or related experience.
Licenses & Certifications
- Valid driver's license
Travel Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 10% locally.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Required to sit, stand, walk; talk and hear; and ability to touch and handle tools and/or controls
- The team member is frequently required to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Noise level is typically low to moderate
