Human Resource Co-Ordinator Local company needs an HR rep with at least three years of recent HR work experience to maintain personnel records, recruit, interview, onboard, and counsel employees. Conduct HR training as needed, as well as any employee exit and documentation. Will also monitor HR requirements in government contracts, in addition to preparing these reports. Must know HR laws and ensure compliance throughout the company. Prefer Bachelors degree, but will accept Associates degree with several years of recent HR work experience.
