Job Title: Human Resources Administrator


Location: Doral, FL


Job Type: Full-Time


Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No flexible schedule)


Overview


A growing, multi-entity organization in the distribution and logistics sector is seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to help build and manage the HR function supporting approximately 60 employees across two affiliated companies. This role is ideal for a proactive and highly organized HR professional who enjoys creating structure, supporting employees, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
The Human Resources Administrator will support day-to-day HR operations including employee records management, benefits administration, recruitment coordination, onboarding, payroll support, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


  • Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS system
  • Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and conducting initial interviews
  • Manage new hire onboarding and orientation processes
  • Assist with benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries
  • Support payroll processing through ADP
  • Prepare HR reports such as headcount, turnover, and attendance tracking
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are maintained and consistently followed
  • Respond to employee questions regarding policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Assist with compliance related to federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Coordinate employee training, performance management processes, and engagement initiatives
  • Travel occasionally between company locations in Doral, Kendall, and Pompano Beach


Qualifications


  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR administrative, coordinator, or generalist experience
  • Experience working with HRIS systems such as ADP
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership initiative
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)


Preferred Qualifications


  • HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR
  • Experience supporting HR in a multi-location or fast-paced operational environment
