The Human Capital Associate plays a critical role in driving Concurrent’s talent acquisition strategy and overall hiring execution. This position is focused on attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across the firm, while helping to build scalable recruiting processes that support continued growth.

Serving as a primary partner to hiring managers, this individual will manage and support full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, ensuring a high-quality, efficient, and consistent candidate experience. This role will be instrumental in building candidate pipelines, improving recruiting operations, and strengthening Concurrent’s employer brand in the market.

Working closely with Human Capital leadership, the Human Capital Associate will also contribute to broader strategic initiatives such as process optimization, recruiting analytics, and workforce planning support. Key Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
  • Own and support full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer execution.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and drive efficient hiring processes.
  • Build and manage proactive candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, networking, and direct sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication, process management, and timely follow-up.
  • Support offer processes, including coordination, approvals, and candidate closing.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts to position Concurrent competitively in the talent market.
Onboarding & New Hire Integration
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee.
  • Partner with hiring managers to support strong new hire ramp-up and early engagement.
  • Continuously improve onboarding workflows and documentation to increase efficiency and consistency.
Recruiting Operations & Process Optimization
  • Maintain and optimize ATS workflows, ensuring accurate candidate tracking and reporting.
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion rates, and source effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, tools, and candidate flow.
  • Support interview training and process standardization across the firm.
HR Operations 
  • Maintain accurate employee and candidate data across systems.
  • Support general HR administrative tasks as assigned.
Projects & Analytics
  • Assist with recruiting analytics and reporting to support leadership decision-making.
  • Partner on Human Capital initiatives related to hiring strategy, workforce planning, and process scalability.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition or recruiting.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or owning full-cycle recruiting processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and partner with hiring managers.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions.
  • Experience with ATS platforms (Pinpoint preferred) and LinkedIn sourcing tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred.
  • Experience in financial services a plus.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $60,000 – $75,000 annually with a semi-annual bonus. Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.

Location and Schedule
This role is based in Concurrent corporate office located in downtown Tampa, Florida.

Standard business hours are generally Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., though flexibility outside of standard hours may be required based on business needs.
