Position Scope:
- Support an inclusive team servicing essential equipment used in Healthcare Technology Management. (Note: This is not an IT position.)
- Use your strategic and operational strengths to foster growth within the region.
- Drive results and future planning within the HTM group.
- Develop a vibrant team with varied experience and knowledge that will provide results that go far beyond client expectations.
- While upholding company standards, you’ll also establish a positive environment for your team members and for the client.
- Plan for the career growth of, and succession plans for, key employees, to ensure continuity and superior client support.
Your Expertise:
- A record of accomplishment in executing success in Healthcare Technology Management within a large multi-site healthcare environment.
- The ability to foster outstanding relationships while functioning as the main contact for our client.
- Strong business acumen to review and oversee reporting that ensures compliance with local, state, federal, corporate, and client regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Experience in enforcing a safe work environment for employees, including process improvement and change recommendations when needed.
- Provide financial acumen, risk assessment, and business development focus for the district, including the ability to introduce needed changes.
- Understand and recommend cybersecurity best practices necessary for the healthcare industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, with at least ten (10) years of hands-on experience in operational and strategic management and/or leadership.
- Desire and ability to mentor employees who are in various stages of their careers.
