Job Details
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field required (Master’s preferred)
Active clinical license (RN or similar) strongly preferred due to hands-on component
3–5+ years of healthcare leadership or supervisory experience
Correctional healthcare or highly regulated environment experience preferred
