Overview
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Senior Advisor with strong SuccessFactors expertise to support enterprise HR technology initiatives. This role focuses on Recruitment, Onboarding, and Performance Management modules, ensuring system performance, data integrity, and continuous process improvement across HR systems. The ideal candidate will partner closely with HR and IT leaders to enhance system functionality, optimize reporting capabilities, and support workforce growth through scalable HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  •  Automate and streamline system analysis, data integration, and reporting capabilities while maintaining strong security controls and uninterrupted service for end users.
  • Optimize HR technology platforms to support workforce growth, improve operational efficiency, and eliminate process pain points through automation and improved workflows.
  • Provide system and data guidance during organizational restructuring and support data governance processes that maintain data integrity and security.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders regarding system functionality, enhancements, and future platform requirements.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for assigned HRIS functions, leading system implementations, enhancements, and testing initiatives.
  • Support functional teams by ensuring data integrity, validating system changes, and analyzing data flows to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage internal and external reporting related to workforce events, position management, and organizational changes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system performance, processes, data management, and user experience, presenting leadership with data-driven recommendations and impact analysis.
  • Develop and maintain HR process documentation standards while working with functional experts to ensure processes remain accurate and current.
  • Ensure protection of physical, financial, and cybersecurity assets while properly managing confidential employee and organizational data.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience researching, analyzing, designing, and maintaining HR Information Systems supporting HR administration and enterprise HR initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and reporting within SAP SuccessFactors, specifically RCM (Recruiting), ONB (Onboarding), and PMGM (Performance and Goals Management) modules.
  • Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated experience working cross functionally with HR, IT, and external vendors.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and HR data management best practices.
  • Proven ability to analyze system data, troubleshoot issues, and clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting HR technology in large, complex, and regulated organizations.
