Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of HR process and technology initiatives, including HRIS implementations, system upgrades, and process automation projects
  • Develop comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Partner with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to define requirements, scope, and success metrics for technology and/or process solutions
  • Manage cross-functional teams using Agile/Waterfall methodologies, ensuring on-time delivery within budget constraints
  • Drive change management and readiness strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new HR systems and processes
  • Track project performance, identify blockers, and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and maintain security standards for sensitive employee information
  • Define and drive the change management vision, strategy, and operating model for the initiatives
  • Design and deliver clear communication to ensure all employees understand the purpose, scope, and benefits of major change initiatives.
  • Translate complex risk and compliance language into digestible messages for non-technical audiences.
  • Develop and implement standardized methodologies, toolkits, and frameworks for change management across HR programs.
  • Lead the design of stakeholder engagement, communication, and training strategies that accelerate adoption and embed behavioral change.
  • Establish KPIs and adoption metrics to track success, measure impact, and continuously improve.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years specifically in HR technology (ex. Workday) implementation and PMP/Agile certification preferred
    • Proven track record delivering complex, multi-phase HRIS projects (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
    • Experience managing projects across full project lifecycle from planning through post-implementation support
    • 5+ years of progressive experience in change management, organizational development, or transformation leadership, with deep expertise in large-scale change.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in creating and storytelling in Keynote Presentations
    • Proficient in excel
  • Core Competencies:
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
    • Outstanding communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Ensure payroll and payroll taxes
  • Oversee payroll processing, payroll records and payroll data
  • Supervise payroll staff, including payroll coordinator and payroll analyst
  • Oversee payroll tax compliance including various payroll tax functions
  • Compile payroll information by managing payroll preparation
  • Supervise payroll staff, including payroll specialists
  • Balance the payroll accounts by resolving payroll
  • Modify payroll data changes into the payroll system
  • Go beyond maintaining payroll information, payroll systems, and payroll procedures
  • Manage payroll and payroll taxes for Canadian employees
  • Manage payroll tax reporting process
  • Maintain appropriate payroll records to ensure appropriate payroll deductions
  • Process all payroll tax payments
  • Balance the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies
  • Ensuring annual payroll tax reconciliation
