Our client, based in Alexandria, VA, is searching for a HRIS & Compliance Assistant to join their busy team on a temporary to permanent basis.

About the Job:

  • Review and audit I-9 documentation
  • Process e-Verify cases and monitor for updates.
  • Support daily data entry, maintenance, and integrity verification for the HRIS.
  • Provide support to the team and general HR support as needed.

About You:

  • 1+ years of HRIS or data entry experience is required.
  • A high school degree, or equivalent, is required; A college degree is preferred.
  • Understanding of HR processes and HRIS database design.
  • Ability to relate effectively to others, fostering positive relationships.

About the Position:

  • $24/hr-$26/hr, while temporary, DOE.
  • Up to $55k when permanent, DOE.
  • Hours are 9am-5:30pm.
  • Hybrid with 3 days/week on-site.
  • Metro accessible office in Alexandria, VA.
  • Free parking!
