Job Responsibilities

In this HRIS and Benefits Specialist role, you will:

• Manage all aspects of benefits administration including enrollments, terminations, changes, and COBRA
• Submit and reconcile monthly vendor billing for the finance department
• Respond to employee questions related to benefits and HR self‑service platforms
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR compliance at both state and federal levels
• Troubleshoot HRIS issues and serve as the primary system contact for the HR team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of benefits administration experience within HR
• Experience with major HRIS software required
• Strong technical skills including Excel proficiency
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable supporting a multi‑state workforce

Salary Range

$60,000–$75,000 depending on experience
