Job Responsibilities
In this HRIS and Benefits Specialist role, you will:
- Manage all aspects of benefits administration including enrollments, terminations, changes, and COBRA
- Submit and reconcile monthly vendor billing for the finance department
- Respond to employee questions related to benefits and HR self‑service platforms
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR compliance at both state and federal levels
- Troubleshoot HRIS issues and serve as the primary system contact for the HR team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of benefits administration experience within HR
- Experience with major HRIS software required
- Strong technical skills including Excel proficiency
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable supporting a multi‑state workforce
Salary Range
$60,000–$75,000 depending on experience
