Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a HRIS Analyst. Responsibilities:
  • Create, maintain, and enhance HR reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business and HR decision-making
  • Perform HR data entry and process routine staffing transactions, including onboarding support
  • Conduct regular audits of HR data to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Investigate and correct data issues in a timely manner
  • Provide user support for HR systems, including documentation, training, and troubleshooting
  • Support ongoing improvements to HRIS processes and data management practices
  • Maintain awareness of HR policies, compliance requirements, data privacy standards, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles
  • Ensure confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive employee data

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience in HR systems, HR operations, or data analytics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience working with HR information systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic statistical concepts
  • Experience working with reporting and data visualization tools
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
