Position: HRIS Analyst

Department: Workforce Systems/HRIS

Location:Cherry Hill, NJ office

Reports to: Director of Workforce Systems

 

 

Bancroft is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HRIS Analyst to support, maintain, and optimize our
HR technology ecosystem, with a strong focus on UKG Pro Suite and iCIMS.
This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and seamless integration
between systems to support HR operations, talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, compliance, and
workforce management.

 

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, analytical thinking, and a strong understanding of HR
processes in a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

HRIS Administration (UKG Pro Suite)

  • Serve as system administrator for UKG Pro Suite modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time
    Management).
  • Configure workflows, business rules, security roles, and system updates.
  • Support with administration of Benefits Prime, including benefit plan configuration, eligibility
    rules, and enrollment setup.
  • Maintain data integrity through audits, validation processes, and system controls.
  • Assist with creation of reports within WFM and People Analytics.
  • Partner with Payroll and HR teams to troubleshoot system issues.
  • Lead system upgrades, testing cycles, and enhancements.

ATS Administration (ICIMS)

  • Support with administration of iCIMS including workflows, user permissions, job templates, and
    onboarding integration.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between iCIMS and UKG Pro.
  • Manage integrations and coordinate vendor support as needed.

 

System Integration and Optimization

  • Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between HR systems and third party vendors
  • Identify automation opportunites to streamline HR processes
  • Participate in HR technology roadmap planning
  • Document system processes and provide end user training

 

Compliance & Data Governance

  • Ensure systems support regulatory compliance and organizational policies.
  • Maintain data security standards and role-based access controls.
  • Support audit preparation and documentation.
Qualifications:

Required

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of HRIS experience.
  • Hands-on experience administering UKG Pro Suite.
  • Experience supporting or administering iCIMS
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
  • Experience with system integrations and data mapping.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance requirements.

Preferred

 

  • Experience in healthcare, nonprofit or human services environment
  • Experience with payroll processing.
  • Familiarity with HR system enhancements, optimization initiatives and reporting.

Salary range is  $70K–$85K.
