Salary: $100,000 - $115,000

Role Overview

We are looking for a technical and data-driven HRIS Analyst to up-level our current systems capabilities. This role is designed for a specialist who can bridge the gap between human resources and technical data management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience optimizing Dayforce and utilizing SQL to drive advanced reporting and system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the Dayforce HCM platform, ensuring data integrity and system optimization.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute SQL queries to extract data, perform audits, and create customized reports that provide actionable insights.
  • Analyze existing HR workflows and implement system enhancements to streamline processes and improve the user experience.
  • Act as the technical lead for system upgrades, patches, and integrations with third-party vendors or internal databases.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues within the HRIS environment and provide high-level support to end-users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR data aligns with broader organizational goals and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience configuring and managing Dayforce is required.
  • Database Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and advanced reporting.
  • Experience: Previous tenure in an HRIS or systems analyst role with a focus on "up-leveling" system functionality.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Communication: Capacity to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders across the organization.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with API integrations between HRIS and other business systems.
  • Background in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance, payroll, and benefits administration within a technical framework.
