Responsibilities for the HR Specialist:
- Manage HR processes such as onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate communication, and interview coordination.
- Assist with training, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Serve as a bilingual liaison between staff and management, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
- Contribute to HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications for the HR Specialist:
- Must be fully bilingual (English & Spanish).
- Previous HR experience preferred, but a strong passion for people and HR is essential.
