Responsibilities of the HR/Payroll Specialist:
• Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 200 employees.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding activities to support a smooth employee experience.
• Maintain employee records, coordinate benefits, and update HRIS data as needed.
• Partner with managers on performance management efforts and employee engagement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with ADP is highly preferred.
• Prior payroll processing and onboarding/offboarding experience required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Salary: $55,000-$60,000
