HR/Payroll Associate

Compensation: $70-80K Annually

Our client is currently seeking an approachable HR/Payroll Associate to join their team! This is a great opportunity as it is a succession planning role.

About the HR/Payroll Associate role:

  • This hands-on Payroll/HR Associate role tasked with both Payroll and HR functions.
  • Review, audit, very time sheets for accuracy and submit payroll on a multi-state basis.
  • Ensure employees are set up in the payroll system.
  • Generate payroll reports. Work with employees on any payroll related questions.
  • Cross trained and work on benefits 401K, onboarding/off boarding employees, talent acquisition, etc.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications of the HR/Payroll Manager role

  • Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience with payroll working with a third-party provider and processing payroll for multi-state employees.
