Job Title: HR Office Manager
Location: Seattle
Salary Range: $80,000 – $95,000

Are you an experienced HR and operations professional who thrives in a dynamic environment? Our client is seeking an HR Office Manager to support HR operations and core office functions while helping shape positive employee experiences. This role offers a mix of structured HR responsibilities and hands-on operational work, giving you the chance to make a meaningful impact across the organization.

Overview of the HR Office Manager role:

  • Recruit, onboard, and offboard employees across multiple teams.
  • Advise and support managers on performance evaluations, employee development, promotions/demotions, and compensation decisions.
  • Serve as benefits administrator — managing renewals, guiding employees through enrollments, and answering questions.
  • Assist with bi-weekly payroll, maintain HR records, and update Employee and HR Handbooks.
  • Process weekly accounts payable and serve as primary backup for key accounting functions.

Qualifications for the HR Office Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years in HR, compliance, and payroll.
  • Proactive problem-solver, comfortable advising employees and managers.
  • Someone who enjoys shaping culture and creating positive employee experiences.

This is a hands-on role where you will make a visible impact on both people and processes. You’ll collaborate across teams, guide decisions, and help improve operational efficiency.
