Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Spring Lake seeking HR Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and retain skilled production, technical, and management staff.
- Manage all aspects of employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution within the manufacturing plant.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures compliant with labor laws and manufacturing regulations.
- Oversee performance management, training, and development programs for all manufacturing employees.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll for the manufacturing workforce.
- Partner with EHS to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all safety regulations.
- Conduct workforce planning and succession management to address skill gaps and future talent needs.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience managing HR functions within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws, including OSHA regulations and wage & hour compliance.
- Demonstrated ability in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management for a diverse workforce.
- Experience with high-volume recruitment strategies for production, technical, and skilled trades roles.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data analytics for HR reporting and decision-making.
Bonus Qualifications
- Multilingual capabilities (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse manufacturing workforce.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment or with labor relations.
- OSHA 30-hour certification or strong background in industrial safety compliance.
