Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance management systems to drive productivity and quality improvements.
• Coordinate and deliver training programs focused on safety, compliance, and skills development for the manufacturing workforce.
• Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with the manufacturing sector.
• Lead workforce planning initiatives to meet production demands and operational goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Manager, specifically within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices relevant to production operations.
• Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies for manufacturing roles.
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies that support operational efficiency, safety, and a positive workplace culture.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in labor relations, including collective bargaining or positive employee relations initiatives.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and best practices for workplace safety in a manufacturing environment.
• Background in developing training or apprenticeship programs for skilled trades.
