Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for seasonal and full-time roles
  • Collaborate with department heads to plan and meet labor demands
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with the H-2A program, including coordination with agencies and regulatory bodies
  • Serve as a liaison between management and staff to promote positive workplace culture
  • Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and uphold company policies
  • Provide bilingual communication and documentation support
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws (OSHA, EEOC, FLSA)
  • Maintain personnel records, timekeeping, and HR data integrity
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration
  • Support leadership training and employee development programs

Qualifications Needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR management experience (preferably in agriculture, manufacturing, or logistics)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
  • Experience with H-2A program or agricultural labor management preferred
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (ADP preferred)
