Salary Range: $62,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and staffing for production and operations roles.
• Administer employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA regulations.
• Oversee new hire onboarding, including safety orientations and job-specific training coordination.
• Support performance management processes, including annual reviews and performance improvement plans.
• Process payroll and administer benefits programs for the manufacturing workforce.
• Conduct HR investigations and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA regulations.
• Proven ability in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and strong analytical skills for HR reporting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution capabilities.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with timekeeping systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., Kronos).
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse workforce.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and manufacturing safety best practices.
