Salary Range: $54,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for manufacturing roles.
• Address and resolve employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company HR policies.
• Support performance management processes and employee development for plant personnel.
• Coordinate and deliver HR-related training, including safety and compliance programs.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll support for manufacturing employees.
• Partner with operations on workplace safety initiatives and manage workers' compensation claims.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in high-volume recruitment for production and skilled trade roles.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws, including OSHA compliance and wage & hour regulations.
• Excellent employee relations and conflict resolution skills, with experience supporting a diverse, multi-shift workforce.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and data management for workforce analytics.

Bonus Qualifications

• Multilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse workforce.
• Experience with OSHA compliance or safety program development.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prior experience in a unionized or union avoidance environment.
