Salary Range: $57,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Spring Lake seeking HR Generalists who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for production, technical, and administrative roles.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations specific to manufacturing.
• Administer new hire onboarding and facilitate ongoing training and development programs.
• Support performance management processes, including reviews and goal setting.
• Oversee workers' compensation claims and promote workplace safety initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records and manage HR information systems (HRIS).

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state labor laws, including OSHA regulations relevant to manufacturing.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment for hourly production, skilled trades, and administrative roles.
• Strong employee relations skills, including conflict resolution, investigations, and performance management.
• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience supporting a unionized workforce.
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse manufacturing workforce.
• Familiarity with manufacturing safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and workers' compensation claims specific to industrial environments.
• Experience with HR in a multi-shift or 24/7 operational environment.
