What your day will look like:
  • Manage full-cycle Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes
  • Oversee onboarding for all new hires
  • Track and administer FMLA cases
  • Coordinate Workers’ Compensation reporting
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and leaves of absence, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution
  • Support VP w/performance improvement plans & job description development

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or SPHR certification
  • Minimum of two years’ previous experience in HR with strong recruiting experience
  • SHRM certification preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
