Salary Range: $55,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for production, skilled trades, and administrative roles within the plant.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as company policies and safety regulations relevant to a manufacturing environment.
- Oversee new hire onboarding, orientation, and facilitate ongoing training programs, emphasizing safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll support, leave management, and workers' compensation claims.
- Support performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans for plant personnel.
- Maintain accurate HR records and manage HRIS data, generating reports for workforce analysis and compliance.
Recommended Qualifications
- 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws, including OSHA, FMLA, and workers' compensation.
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Proven ability in full-cycle recruitment for production, skilled trades, and administrative roles.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with OSHA compliance and workplace safety programs.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish).
- Experience supporting a multi-shift operation or non-exempt workforce.
