Job Details
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Junior HR Generalist to support high-volume recruiting and day-to-day HR operations for a growing, multi-location organization. This role is heavily focused on talent acquisition, with additional exposure to core HR functions. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone early in their HR career who wants hands-on experience and room to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting (Primary Focus):
Support full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles across multiple locations
Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and interview scheduling using iCIMS
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews
Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure a positive candidate experience
HR Generalist Support:
Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation
Support employee records management and HR compliance tasks
Respond to basic employee questions and route issues as needed
Assist with HR projects, reporting, and process improvements
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support
Hands-on experience with iCIMS is required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite environment
Experience supporting hourly or high-volume hiring is a plus
