- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and HR best practices
- Support employee relations matters by conducting intake, documentation, and follow‑up as directed
- Facilitate onboarding processes, ensuring new hires receive a smooth and organized experience
- Partner with managers on performance management processes, coaching, and documentation
- Support HR compliance activities including audits, reporting, and policy adherence
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HRIS updates and data integrity
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment logistics and new hire workflows
- Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and company-wide initiatives
- Assist in administering compensation, benefits, and leave programs as needed
Profile
- 3+ years of HR Generalist or broad HR support experience (CPG, manufacturing, or fast-paced corporate environments strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employment law basics, and employee relations best practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility across teams
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience required (Workday a plus)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Flexible, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving setting
