HR Generalist

Position Summary

The Human Resources Generalist supports HR operations across recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. This role ensures HR processes run smoothly and aligns with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on HR policies and employee relations.
• Manage onboarding, orientation, and offboarding.
• Support recruitment and interview coordination.
• Administer benefits and maintain HRIS records.
• Assist with performance management and training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in CPG or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
