Responsibilities of the HR Generalist
- The HR Generalist will process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 200 employees.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding activities to support a smooth employee experience.
- The HR Generalist will maintain employee records, coordinate benefits, and update HRIS data as needed.
- Partner with managers on performance management efforts and employee engagement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications of the HR Generalist
- Experience with ADP is highly preferred
- Prior payroll processing experience required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Salary: $55,000-62,400
