The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Hollywood, FL. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily HR operations. You will manage everything from policy implementation and benefits administration to regulatory compliance, ensuring our internal processes are as high-performing as the services we provide to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR functions and serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
- Policy & Procedure: Implement, oversee, and optimize HR policies and programs to align with organizational goals.
- Benefits Administration: Lead the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and high levels of service.
- Compliance: Maintain deep knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure the organization remains fully compliant.
- HR Management: Support leadership in optimizing HR workflows and maintaining a positive, professional workplace culture.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive employee information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related experience.
Certification: Relevant HR certification (e.g., PHR or SHRM-CP) is required.
Experience: Proven background in HR Management, policy implementation, and benefits administration.
Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws.
