HR Data & Recruitment Coordinator

Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for an HR Data & Recruitment Coordinator to support a project with a pharmaceutical company in Raleigh, NC. This is a 6-month contract assignment focused on HR data accuracy, reporting, and recruitment coordination.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and validate data across HR systems, Excel spreadsheets, and budget/headcount files to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Identify discrepancies, audit records, and support HR data cleanup initiatives.
• Develop and track action plans to resolve data issues and maintain data integrity.
• Coordinate the job description process by partnering with managers to create or update role documentation.
• Follow up with hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate status.
• Support pre-onboarding and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth new hire experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong experience working with HR systems and advanced Excel.
• Solid understanding of HR data and reporting processes.
• High attention to detail with the ability to analyze and resolve data discrepancies independently.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with managers and HR teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HR data audits, budget files, or headcount planning.
• Experience creating or maintaining job descriptions or job architecture frameworks.
• Familiarity with HR Shared Services (HRSSC) environments.
