Human Resources Coordinator (HR) – $24–$25/hr | Whitestown, IN
Temp-to-Hire | 1st Shift | Monday–Friday
Pro Resources is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator for a fast-paced distribution facility in Whitestown, IN. If you enjoy being the go-to HR support person, working closely with employees, and staying organized in a busy environment—this could be a great fit for you.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with consistent daytime hours and long-term potential.
Position Details
- Pay: $24–$25/hr (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Location: Whitestown, IN
- Type: Temp-to-Hire
What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the primary onsite HR contact for employees
- Maintain employee records and process updates in ADP Workforce Now
- Support full-cycle recruiting (posting jobs, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
- Lead new hire orientation and ensure all paperwork is completed
- Answer employee questions regarding benefits, payroll, policies, and procedures
- Administer benefits enrollment and changes
- Manage leave of absence processes (FMLA, STD, etc.)
- Assist with ADA accommodations and documentation
- Support employee relations including documentation and investigations
- Partner with leadership to ensure consistent HR practices
- Assist with safety initiatives and compliance reporting
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities and events
What We’re Looking For
- 3–4 years of Human Resources experience
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong Microsoft Word & Excel skills
- Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
