HR Coordinator

Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Richmond, VA
Duration: 12+ months
Pay Range: $20-22/hr on W2 without benefits

Introduction:
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting contractors, hiring managers, suppliers, and vendors to execute the background process, as well as partnering with teams to support the post-selection process.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Partner with contractors to support them through the post-selection and Pre-employment check process
Manage post-selection pipeline for contractors across the enterprise by managing impediments directly
Track high-volume contractors' data and maintain a high level of integrity related to Personal Information
Build relationships with contractors, suppliers, and partners, understand and help with any impediments to moving through the process
End-to-end support and key contact for all stages of the Pre-Employment and badging confirmation process
Ensure proper management of contractor and operational data; ad hoc reporting requests from partner groups
Respond to a range of queries from contractors, managers, and suppliers
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts through agile pods
Work closely and consult with HR, ESM, and ESS partners on the post-selection process
Develop/maintain process documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, Equivalent Certification or Military experience
At least 2 year of Human Resources experience
At least 2 years of Customer Service experience
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Previous experience with doing background and pre-employment checks.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 1 year of Recruiting experience
