HR Coordinator –

Location: Renton, WA

Salary Range: $58,240 – $62,400 DOE

As the HR Coordinator, you’ll be an integral part of the HR team — supporting recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, and employee services across the organization. This role is office-based, collaborative, and ideal for someone who thrives on structure, clear communication, and helping others succeed.

Overview of the HR Coordinator role:

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and lead orientation activities, including I‑9 management
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR files
  • Support recruiting efforts and maintain applicant tracking system records
  • Assist the HR team with daily HR functions and special projects
  • Complete additional HR-related tasks as assigned to support smooth operations

Qualifications for the HR Coordinator role:

  • High school diploma required; additional HR coursework or certification a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of HR experience in a professional setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • HRIS experience preferred, particularly with systems like ADP
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an ethical, proactive approach
