An extremely organized individual, able to balance several projects and tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and enjoy behind the scenes work performing administrative duties such as filing, reporting and tracking. The HR Coordinator supports daily human resources operations with a focus onboarding, new hire orientation, employee records management, and uniform distribution. This role ensures a smooth and organized experience for new and existing associates while maintaining accurate and compliant HR documentation.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate decentralized bi-weekly property level New Hire Orientation which includes but not limited to scheduling and tracking attendance of new hires for their respective property orientation sessions within 1st week of start date, arrange schedule of presenters and new hire training completion upload to ROD system.
- Assist Recruiting Operations Manager with scheduling new hire onboarding process (including J1 students) as needed and ascertain all necessary paperwork is completed and compliant.
- Assist applicants as needed with questions during application and onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience.
- Assist the HRBPs with distribution of uniform, to ensure timely availability of uniforms for new hires and make uniforms available by two business days or prior to the Associates next scheduled shift.
- Supply Name Tags for all Associates as required. Maintains name tag inventory and operations of machine as needed
- Ensure accuracy of Associate records on the Source, including accurate profile pictures with proper uniform and grooming standard.
- Assist with the HRT program pass distribution.
- Participates in HR projects, initiatives and and events that promote positive employee engagement.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 1 years of HR experience. Strongly prefer administrative or coordinator experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
