HR Compliance Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Compliance Associate to assist our Human Resources team with an internal audit focused on I-9 documentation and employment records. This role is temporary and deadline-driven, requiring accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Pay Rate: $20.00–$21.00 per hour DOE
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Location: Primarily Churchmans Road, New Castle, DE 19720 with occasional travel to American (approximately 15 minutes away)

The associate will work closely with our East HR Manager and provide hands-on support to ensure employee documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with federal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, organize, and audit Form I-9s and supporting employment documents
• Identify missing, incomplete, or incorrect documentation and flag discrepancies
• Assist with data tracking and audit progress reporting
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee records
• Communicate professionally with HR team members as needed
• Travel occasionally between Churchman’s and American locations
