Looking for HR Business Partner

Location: Plano, Texas (Hybrid)

Description

The objective of the role is to effectively use human resources to accomplish the goals, mission, and vision of the Cybersecurity business teams through positive HR employee relations. This role will be responsible for handling various conflict resolutions, delivering policy information, and proposing solutions to enhance employee growth and retention.

- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in HR Management or Business Administration.

- 6+ years in HR, as an individual contributor, preferably at an IT company

- Facilitate various HR administration

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong documentation and organization skills

- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate to all levels in the company

- Able to build relationships and foster team spirit

- Able to understand the Company stance

- Able to handle confidential information, using discretion and judgement.

- Conduct timely internal research on employee’s various concerns such as wage concerns, overseeing health and safety procedures, handling workplace disputes, improving communication

- Fair and consistent thought process to handle and resolve complex Employee Relations and HR issues.

- Partner in communicating policies and procedures to manager and team members including creating and conducting training opportunities

- Experienced in administering leaves of absences, and knowledge in Short-term disability, FMLA, etc.
